The smallest lot is 5,792 square feet, with the average lot size 8,679.9. Six common lots are located within the project, totaling 3.04 acres (18 percent open space, 18 percent usable open space). This property, located at the southeast corner of E. McMillan Road and N. Meridian Road, adjoins Burney Glyn Subdivision on the south. The property is zoned R-8, which is consistent with the Meridian Comprehensive Plan Map designation of Medium Density Residential. The gross density of the project is 3.09 du/acre, and the net density is 3.88 dwelling units per acre. Sewer and water is currently at the site and will be continued through the property to connect with existing services. The project will provide active and passive recreational opportunities for the residents of the subdivision.
