ALL CONSTRUCTION AND MATERIAL SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE O LATEST EDITION OF THE IDAHO STANDARDS FOR PUBLIC WORKS CONSTRUCTION (ISPWC), CITY OF MERIDIAN STANDARDS, AND ADA COUNTY HIGHWAY DISTRICT STANDARDS. NO EXCEPTIONS ARE PERMITTED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL. 3. THE LOCATIONS OF EXISTING UNDERGROUND UTILITIES ARE SHOWN IN AN APPROXIMATE WAY ONLY. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLY WITH IDAHO CODE, CHAPTER 22,TITLE 55 REGARDING UNDERGROUND FACILITIES DAMAGE PREVENTION. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL DETERMINE THE EXACT LOCATION OF EXISTING UTILITIES BEFORE COMMENCING WORK. THE CONTRACTOR AGREES TO BE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL DAMAGES WHICH MIGHT BE OCCASIONED AS A RESULT OF FAILURE TO EXACTLY LOCATE AND PRESERVE ANY AND ALL UTILITIES.
