Good morning Tyler,
Thanks for the heads up. My understanding is that plans must be approved before pipe is odered. Do you have a time
line on addressing our last revisions? My concern is that if the order isn't submitted soon, the manufacture will not be
able to have it all made in time.
The delivery/supply line that will convey the irrigation water to fill the Baratza pond will be a private line and will be able
to be shut off at any time by closing down the head gate in the main canal

Subject: Baratza Subdivision -SID Letter to the City
Hi Mack,
We're working on getting the City's approval on Phase 1 construction drawings and we need your assistance on
one of their comments. Their concern is the Baratza supply line running to our pond where it crosses under future
roadways (two locations). They would like confirmation from SID that these lines are private, and we will have the
ability to shut them off should the need for maintenance related to water or sewer require it.
It sounds like an email statement is all we need. Could you please respond to this email stating that the supply
line is private, and we have the ability to shut it off if required?
I've included our GIRR plans for reference. We can work through any design questions you may have as we work
toward approval. For now,we just need that statement. Feel free to reach out with any questions.
