Hello Linda and Bill—
am going through the city's final plat checklist for the Baratza phase one submittal.We have a few items on the
checklist that are not applicable to this phase. I was wondering if you could give us the okay to NOT submit these
checklist items, as they are not relevant at this time. See below for the checklist items in question.
Submit a common drive exhibit that depicts setbacks, fencing, building envelope, at
orientation of the lots and structures.
