Meridian will hold a public hearing on Tuesday,July 8,2025 at
6:00 PM at Meridian City Hall, 33 E.Broadway Ave.Meridian
Idaho 83642 to hear the following request(s):
H-2024-0073 PAW Subdivision:Preliminary Plat consisting
of 33 residential lots,2 lots for 2 vertically integrated buildings
containing 12 residential units(6 units per building),one com-
mercial lot and ten (10) common lots on approximately 4.77
acres of land in the C-C and R-40 zoning districts and a Con-
ditional Use Permit to allow townhouses in the R-40 zoning
