In speaking with Mark, he is in agreement that it would be beneficial to table the application until a date
undetermined so the sewer agreement can be signed. Once the signing of that agreement takes place, we would
like to be scheduled with P&Z ASAP. We still have the public hearing notice signs scheduled to be posted by
Monday to meet noticing requirements. Please let us know if there is anything else we need to do to request
th
continuance. Stephanie will be at the hearing on the 26 for a different project, so she will be available to speak if
P&Z ends up having questions.
