is currently scheduled for the December 7, 2006, Planning and Zoning Commission meeting.
Planning Staff is requesting said project be continued to the Planning & Zoning Commission hearing
date of February 1,2007.

This is a formal request for deferral of the Jericho project (AZ-06-057, PP-06-056, VAR-06-024 & PS.06-008).
The applicant would like the opportunity to meet again with the neighbors ant the staff. We respectfully request
the Commission defer our project to a meeting in January.
