Meridian folks:
We have not yet submitted the revised final plat of Solitude Place Subdivision No.2, dividing the previous
submittal into two phases. We anticipate the revised plat and associated information being submitted no later
than Tuesday, March 6, 2007.
We respectfully request that the final plat be deferred until March 20, 2007, to allow staff time for review prior to
the City Council meeting.

Subject: Solitude Place Subdivision No. 2
We are requesting a deferral of this final plat to March 6, 2007. Due to market
conditions, we are requesting that the project be phased. We will be resubmitting the
phased plan ASAP and will work on the construction drawings to separate the plat. We will
be requesting approval of a revised phase 2(similar to that proposed in the preliminary
plat). We are working with staff to come to an acceptable procedure to allow the project
to be phased without resubmitting and having to restart the entire process.
Thanks to Public Works staff and Kristy for their willingness to help and create a spirit
Of cooperation. We love ya, man!
