referenced application. Also, in accordance with Section 11-5A-7.C., we petition the City
Council for return of the application fee of $1,0].8.

a.~plication and a refund of the_a lication fees aid. This re nest comes more than 3 weeks before the
public hearing, and the Citv_has not spent a significant amount of time processing this application.
Therefore, in accordance with UDC 11-SA-7C, staff recommends that the Council approve the
annlieant's_request to be reimbursed all of the fees paid for the Baltic Place CPA ap,.plication.
