RE:Apex Phenomenal Subdivision
To Whom It May Concern:
Please accept this letter a certification that the centerline elevations of the proposed street within
Apex Phenomenal Subdivision are designed a minimum of three (3) feet above the seasonal high
ground water elevation. The geotechnical investigation, "Apex West Subdivision", prepared by Atlas
and dates February 8, 2022, was used to determine he approximate groundwater elevations relative
to the street centerline elevations.
