Recorder of Ada County, Idaho, lying in the NE 114 of Section 31,Township 4 North, Range 1
East, Boise Meridian,Ada County, Idaho, said parcel of land being more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing a brass cap at the NE corner of Section 31;thence along the East Line of
Section 31, S.00033'02"W. 1329.50 feet to a point;thence N.89048'39"W. 32.99 feet to a
5/8"iron pin marking the West right-of-way of N. Locust Grove Road, also being the POINT
OF BEGINNING;
Thence along the north line of Lot 10 Crestwood Subdivision No 1, N.89048'39"W. 208.73
feet to a 5/8"iron pin;
Thence along the East right-of-way for N. Bright Angel Ave., S.00034'39"W. 116.50 feet to
a point;
Thence 5.89049'42"E. 208.71 feetto a 5/8"iron pin;
Thence along the West right-of-way of N. Locust Grove Road, N.00°35'06"E. 116.43 feet to
the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Said parcel contains 0.56 acres more or less and is subject to all existing easements and
right-of-ways of record or implied.
