thereof on file in Book 28 of Plats at Pages 1757 and 1758 in the Office of the Recorder for Ada
County, Idaho, lying in the NE 1/4 of Section 31, Township 4 North, Range 1 East of the Boise
Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, and being more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the Northeast corner of the NE 1/4 of said Section 31, a found brass cap
monument;
thence South 00' 33' 41" West along the East boundary of the NE 1/4 of Section 31 a distance
of 1329.42 feet;
thence North 890 46' 30" West a distance of 33.00 feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot 10,
the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, a58/ x03 inch rebar set with aplastic cap stamped P.L.S.

thence South 00 33' 41" West along the East boundary of said Lot 10 a distance of 116.50 feet
of a5/8 x 30 inch rebar set with aplastic cap stamped P.L.S. 15352;
thence North 890 46' 30" West a distance of 194.71 feet to the East right of way for N. Bright
Angel Avenue, a5/8 x30 inch rebar set with aplastic cap stamped P.L.S. 15352;
thence North 000 33' 41" East along said East right of way a distance of 116.50 feet to a point
on the North boundary of said Lot 10, a 5/8 x 30 inch rebar set with a plastic cap stamped P.L.S.

thence South 89' 46' 30" East along said North boundary a distance of 194.71 feet to the TRUE
