I understand that this subdivision is going to be created. I have reviewed the current plan online. While I
think this is a better version than in the past, I would still like to see more ingress / egress onto the
McDermott side of the neighborhood instead of into Tricia's (Autumn Faire) via Talamore. Please
consider modifications to that effect.
Also, based on the order of phases, there is a serious concern of construction traffic through Talamore.
Please ensure all large trucks and even work crews respect the neighborhood and only use Ustick or
McDermott as their entrance / exit.
