A parcel of land being a portion of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 33,Township 4
North, Range 1 West, B.M.,Ada County, Idaho being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at an aluminum cap marking the South 1/4 corner of said Section 33, which bears
S89°19'00"E a distance of 2,638.24 feet from an aluminum cap marking the Southwest corner of said
Section 33, thence following the southerly line of said Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4,
N89°19'00"W a distance of 441.29 feet;
Thence leaving said southerly line, N00°41'00"E a distance of 312.00 feet;
Thence 589'19'00"E a distance of 247.42 feet;
Thence 54.50 feet along the arc of a curve to the left,said curve having a radius of 50.00 feet, a delta angle
of 62°27'00", a chord bearing of N59°27'30"E, and a chord distance of 51.84 feet;
Thence S61°46'00"E a distance of 30.00 feet;
Thence S89°19'00"E a distance of 121.81 feet to the easterly line of said Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest
1/4;
Thence following said easterly line,S00°29'07"W a distance of 325.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Said parcel contains a total of 3.21 acres, more or less,and is subject to all existing easements and/or
rights-of-way of record or implied.
