Legal Description for Annexation
A parcel of land being a portion of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 33,Township 4
North, Range 1 West, B.M.,Ada County, Idaho being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at an aluminum cap marking the South 1/4 corner of said Section 33, which bears
S89°19'00"E a distance of 2,638.24 feet from an aluminum cap marking the Southwest corner of said
Section 33, thence following the southerly line of said Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4,
N89°19'00"W a distance of 870.62 feet;
Thence leaving said southerly line, N00°29'28"E a distance of 368.87 feet to the centerline of Sky Pilot
Drain;
Thence following said centerline the following two (2) courses:
1. 100.55 feet along the arc of a curve to the left, said curve having a radius of 220.00 feet,a delta
angle of 26'11'15", a chord bearing of N76'34'28"W, and a chord distance of 99.68 feet;
2. N89*40'10"W a distance of 351.32 feet to the westerly line of said Southeast 1/4 of the
Southwest 1/4;
Thence leaving said centerline and following said westerly line, N00'29'45"E a distance of 928.27 feet to
the boundary of Apple Valley Subdivision (Book 30 of Plats at Page 1844, records of Ada County, Idaho);
Thence leaving said westerly line and following said boundary, S89°18'42"E a distance of 1,318.88 feet
to the easterly line of said Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4;
Thence leaving said boundary and following said easterly line,S00°29'07"W a distance of 1,316.85 feet
to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Said parcel contains a total of 35.88 acres, more or less,and is subject to all existing easements and/or
rights-of-way of record or implied.
Attached hereto is Exhibit B and by this reference is made a part hereof.
