Dear Councilman Whitlock, Thanks you for your hard work and service to our City. In and Out Burgers is appealing the decision to not open a location on Chinden and Ten Mile. Meridian City Council will be addressing this appeal. Please do not support In and Out at this location. As you are aware, this is a Costco location with leased apartments in the same lot. The traffic will be a serious issue. My husband & I enjoy In and Out. We waited over a year to go to the location at the mall. Even then the wait is 15 to 20 minutes. How can this be managed at Chinden & Ten Mile? The cars will line up down Lost Rapids Drive. Please advise us on how we can communicate our concerns about this project to the Council. Please add us to your mailing list for any Townhalls or events that you may have. Sincerely, Deidre Glaser 5791 N Colosseum Way Meridian ID 83646 1 949-842-5753 Dede.glaser1@gmail.com 2
