1. Strocts, clubs, gutters and sidewalks are to be constructed to standards as required by Ada
County Highway District and Meridian Ordinance. Dimensions wt71 be detcmtincd by
the City Eagineer. All sidewalks will be five (5) feet in width.

The final plat shall include and be in compliance with all items required under Title 50, Chapter 13 of the
Idaho Code. The Seal plat submittal shall include at least the following:

1. Thirty (32) copies of written application
for approval as sfipulated by the Council
2. Proof of current ownership of the real property included
in the proposed final plat (warranty deed).
3. Consent of retarded owner, of the plat (signed signature
sheet or written consent. If owner is a corporation, we need a copy
of the Articles of Incorporation or other evidence to show that the
person signing is an authorized representative.)

5. One (1) 8 'h" x 11" reduction of the final plat
