The submission deadline for ALL applications (other than Final Plats and Variances) is
5:00 p.m. of the first business day of every month. Applications must be submitted to the
Planning & Zoning Department, located at 200 E. Carlton Ave., Ste. #201, Meridian.
NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
The planning and Zoning Commission will hear the request at the monthly meeting
following the month that a complete application is received by the deadline date.
Incomplete applications will be returned to the applicant and will not be processed until
all required application elements are completed.
Applicants are encouraged to arrange fora pre-application meeting with a Planner at least
ten (10) business days BEFORE the submission deadline to address any concerns or
questions regarding the project.

We received your fax dated October 10, 2000 regarding our application, Below are our responses
to your comments:
1. Currently, Langely Farms is the titled owner. Gemstar is holding an option to purchase the
property. Gemstar anticipates finalizing the property conveyance around the first of November.
The slzeet naming committee did not accept the original name, Fairborough is a replacement
name and we will submit it to the committee for approval on Wednesday, October 11, 2000.
Confirmation of flae name approval will be faxed to you.
3. We have contacted an architect and he will be providing the landscape plan(s). We will
for.yard copies to you upon completion of said plans.
4. Fencing requirements (along the Westerly boundary) are included on our improvement plans.
Regarding Autumn Faire Prelimina~ Plat No. 2, Mr. Steve Bradbu.t3, (Langley's attorney) was
going to review the situation with Shad. If this has not occurred yet please let me know.
