Watertower Lane, Suite 202 Meridian, Idaho 83642 Re: Public Utility Easement Vacation To Whom It May Concern: When the Plat for the Olson and Bush Industrial Park was recorded in 1997, there was a 10' public utility easement that was in turn recorded on all the interior lot lines (please see attached Plat). Van Auker Properties, the applicant, is requesting an easement vacation by the public utilities between Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, of the Olson and Bush Industrial Park. Van Auker Properties has plans to build a commercial building on the 2.20 acres, which will span the Lot Line. The affected parties of the Vacation of Easement will be Idaho Power Company, Cable One, Qwest, Intermountain Gas Company, Nampa Meridian Irrigation District, and the Applicant. All of the entities listed above have sent the Applicant relinquishment letters with respect to the proposed Vacation of Easement, which are attached to the application.
