Comments:
This proposal exceeds growth forecasted for this area. However, the site plan proposes a mix of
uses, the location is currently served by bus routes 30 and 45, and Pine Avenue is also designated
as a high-comfort bikeway. These multi-modal options provide opportunities for shorter vehicular
trips and more non-motorized trips.
Consider improvements at stops E Pine Ave & N Webb Way NWC and E Pine Ave & N Webb Ave SEC
to facilitate bus ridership.
