Broadway Ave., Suite 102 Meridian, Idaho 83642 RE: Stapleton Subdivision No.4 Property Boundary Adjustment Narrative Dear Mr. Hood: Attached for your review and favorable consideration is the property boundary adjustment for Lot 31, Block 3 on Stapleton #4. Stapleton#4 Residential Community is located on Meridian Road (Hwy 69)south of Harris Street. Lot 31, Block 3 was designed to be 64 feet in width; all the utilities are connected to the lot, and the construction drawings rely on that dimension. Unfortunately,the surveyor made a mistake on the final plat and drew it 49 feet wide. We didn't catch the error then, but all the construction is complete now. We are requesting to adjust the boundary. Thank you for your assistance on this matter.
