We are requesting a relinquishment of the 3 .00-foot PUID easement located along the west line of said Lot 31. There are no known utilities existing in said easement at this time. Sawtooth Land Surveying will be preparing an amendment to the plat for said Lots 31 and 32 to extend the common lot line to the west by 15 feet and a new 3-foot PUID easement will be platted long the new lot line and the 10-foot PUID easements along the north and south lines of said Lot 31 will be extend to the new lot line.
