Dayspring Way, the nearby Springday Subdivision (H-2024-0069) also proposes access to Ustick Road, supplementing the existing collector road access points. Altogether, three collector access points are planned within 0.5 miles of the future SH-16 and Ustick Road interchange. Coordinate with ACHD and the City of Meridian to determine appropriate access locations along this corridor. Consider implementing traffic calming measures on N. Dayspring Way as it is over half a mile long. Additionally, consider adding a pathway along the southern boundary of the property, to align with the City of Meridian's planned Pathways Network. Who we are: The Community Planning Association of Southwest Idaho (COMPASS) is the metropolitan planning organization for Ada and Canyon Counties. This review evaluates whether land developments are consistent with Communities in Motion, the regional long-range transportation plan for Ada and Canyon Counties. This checklist is not intended to be prescriptive, but rather a guidance document. Past checklists are available online. See the Development Review User Guide for more information on the red, yellow, and green checklist thresholds. ® https://compassidaho.orgL COMPASS ® info@compassidahoorg0 °°' ASSOCIATION Sent: 5/16/25 . °`s "WBe"°—'"° Complete Network Appendix Checkmarks (J) below indicate suggested changes to a site plan, based on the COMPASS Complete Network Policy (No. 2022-01).
