Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Com-
mission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing on
Thursday, June 5, 2025 at 6:00 PM at Meridian City Hall, 33
E. Broadway Ave. Meridian Idaho 83642 to hear the following
request(s):
H-2024-0054 Jackson's Food Stores Ten Mile and Over-
land:Annexation of 5.24 acres of land with a C-C zoning dis-
trict, a Preliminary Plat consisting of two (2) building lots on
4.88 acres of land in the C-C zoning district and a Conditional
Use Permit to extend the business hours of operation in the
C-C zoning district (when abutting a residential use and dis-
