Unfortunatley, I have a last second hearing in Kuna on Tuesday night for an issue I would rather not go
on, but I really need to be there. This a-mail is to confirm that I agree with the Staff Report on the
Shepherd Creek Final Plat and as such, I will not be required to be there. Thank you!
