RE: APPLICATION FOR WAVERLY PLACE SUBDIVISION - AZ06-047

Honorable Mayor and Coundl Members:
Representing the residents of the Woodbridge Subdivision, Meridian and acting
as Board Members of the Home Owners Assodation we submit this letter. We
request on behalf of the residents that you give approval to the above cited
project proposed by Alston Jones for Lot #6 on Magic View Drive. Some of our
reasons are as follows:
1. This project will provide an excellent buffer between the Woodbridge
community and businesses to the East.
2. The market to which this project is targeted should generate less cut-
through traffic than other types of projects. (Woodbridge residents are
very concerned about traffic issues resulting from other types of
development due to our unique location).
3. The R-5 residency will be compatible with the density found in
Woodbridge.
4. The type and quality of construction proposed will be an asset to the
City of Meridian and complimentary to the community of Woodbridge.
