Mike,
Just spoke with the clerk and as the project has been noticed as a requested continuance, we need
rd
to go ahead with the continuance and take this before Council on June 3. You can state that you
rd
are working out some issues with staff and will be ready for the hearing on the 3.

Good morning,
I spoke with Bill yesterday, and we discussed the possibility of continuing the MDA hearing until June 3.
My hope is that we can remove the requirement to complete the frontage improvements within one year
of executing the MDA and instead proceed with separating the DA as previously discussed. This
approach would better support the overall development timeline.
I'm doing everything I can to move these sites forward, and the new requirement presents a risk that
could jeopardize the broader plan. I appreciate your consideration and look forward to working through
this item with you and Bill.
My best,
Preserve West Capital
