of Meridian,County of Ada, State of Idaho,and being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the west quarter corner of said Section 8;thence from said Point of Commencement,South
89°54'57" East, coincident with the east-west centerline of said Section 8, a distance of 2,649.69 feet;
thence leaving said east-west centerline, South 00°31'22" West, a distance of 50.99 feet to the northwest
corner of the Plat of Scentsy Commons Subdivision,recorded in Book 108 of Plats,at Pages 15229 through
15233,Ada County Records,hereinafter referred to as"Scentsy Commons",said point also being the Point
of Beginning of this description;
