At your request, I will reserve the name Pine 43 Mixed Use Subdivision (without the "-") including Parcels S1108233755
(Partial), S1108233850 (Partial), S1108233950 (Partial), S1108233995 (Partial), S1108233651, S1108234011,
S1108234051, S1108244538, S1108325455, S1108325470, S1108325465 all located in T3N, R1E, S.8 W1/2, Meridian for
your project. I can honor this reservation only as long as your project is in the approval process. Final approval can only
take place when the final plat is recorded with the following conditions:
- When the Parcel numbers (Partial) are updated, please respond to this letter with the updated parcel
numbers.
- The first phase of Pine 43 Mixed Use Sub will need to be adjacent to existing Pine 43 Sub#1 or Pine 43 Sub
#2;
- If the development is completed in phases, each subsequent phase will need to be adjacent to an existing
phase of Pine 43 Mixed Use Sub.;AND
- If parcels that fall across existing public ROW's are to be included in a single phase,ACHD will need to sign
the plat as 'Trustee of Existing Public Right of Way', and the ACHD president's signature will need to be
acknowledged.

Good morning Keith,
The subdivision name "Pine 43 Amended" is not approvable.
The only time 'Amended' can be used is when an already recorded plat is being amended, and as such it would have to
include the phase#being amended.
Please provide a new name for consideration.
For this and all future subdivision name request, please provide the following information before we can determine if
the name is reservable;
• The Parcel Number(s) of all of the parcels to be included in the Subdivision
• The name and contact information for the Developer
• The name and contact information for the Owner(s)
• The name of the Professional Land Surveyor and firm that will be in responsible charge of the plat
