BY THE CITY COUNCIL: CAVENER, LITTLE ROBERTS, OVERTON,
STRADER, TAYLOR,WHITLOCK
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN APPOINTING
MATTHEW STOLL TO SEAT 6 OF THE MERIDIAN PLANNING AND ZONING
COMMISSION; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Meridian City Code 2-2-2(A) establishes the Meridian Planning and Zoning
Commission, its members and terms of their appointments; and
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Meridian deems the appointment of Matthew Stoll
to Seat 6 of the Planning&Zoning Commission to be in the best interest of the Meridian Planning and
Zoning Commission and the City of Meridian;
NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MERIDIAN CITY, IDAHO:
Section 1. That pursuant to Meridian City Code § 2-2-2(B),Matthew Stoll is hereby appointed
to Seat 6 of the Meridian Planning and Zoning Commission, with a term to expire January 31, 2028.
Section 3. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its adoption
and approval.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Meridian, Idaho, this 61h day of May, 2025.
