Hello mayor and council members,
I am writing in regards to the proposed latitude 43 development H-2024-0059.
I still have concerns about this proposal. The number one concern I have is the increase in
traffic to an already congested area. We keep fighting for traffic solutions, but there is
never an acceptable solution. With over 2,000 cars a day speeding through a residential
area with children playing, adding more housing in an area that was supposed to be zoned
medical is going to add to a problem that seems like will never get fixed.
The other concern I have is the fencing solution. We still have not heard from the builder
on what the fencing that will be shared with the residents on woodhaven would look like.
I am also concerned that with the unstable economy if the builders back out, what the
residents of Woodbridge will be stuck with.
The majority of the homes that line woodhaven are single story homes, mine is one of
them. There is no guarantee that there won’t be multiple 2 story homes towering over my
small backyard. The majority of my windows in my home face south, making a lack of
privacy. There are just still too many unknowns on this project.
