RE: Subdivision Name Reservation: MOGUL INDUSTRIAL PARK SUBDIVISION
At your request, I will reserve the name Mogul Industrial Park Subdivision to include Parcels S1216131201,
S1216141821, and the existing public ROW between said parcels, located in T3N, R1W,S.16 E1/2, Meridian for
your project. I can honor this reservation only as long as your project is in the approval process. Final approval can
only take place when the final plat is recorded with the following condition:
ACHD will need to sign the plat as `Trustee of Existing Public Right of Way', and the ACHD
president's signature will need to be acknowledged.

This reservation is available for the project as long as it is in the approval process unless the project is terminated
by the client,the jurisdiction or the conditions of approval have not been met, in which case the name can be re-
used by someone else.

The Land Group would like to request the subdivision name "Mogul Industrial Park". Please refer to the
attached sketch, which provides further clarification on the project. We believe this sketch addresses
Frank's previous concerns regarding the unattached parcels, from my first request.
