HomeMy WebLinkAboutPZ - Neighborhood Meeting Date: 1/24/2025 Dear Property Owner, The City of Meridian code requires that, prior to applying, the applicant must provide an opportunity for a meeting between the applicant of the project and the property owners within 500 feet.This is an invitation to a neighborhood meeting concerning property generally located west of 955 S Black Cat Rd. Meridian, Idaho, in Ada County. This is not a public hearing, and public officials will not be present. If you have questions regarding meeting requirements, please contact the city of Meridian Planning&Zoning Department at 208-884-5533. The neighborhood meeting will be held: WHEN: Tuesday, February 4th, 2025. 6-6:30 pm WHERE: 955 S Black Cat Rd, Meridian, ID 83642 See diagram on page 2 for meeting location. The applicant, Meridian BC Holdings LP, will be requesting approval for a preliminary plat application from the City of Meridian.This preliminary plat application will propose to subdivide 2-4 existing parcels into up to 13 lots, which would be developed in conformance with the existing Development Agreement governing the property. The existing parcel numbers are S1216131201, S1216141821, S1216417241, and S1216417301.The subject property is currently under development as the Meridian Commerce Park, with several buildings permitted or under construction. A concept plan of the proposed lots is enclosed.The application materials may be revised prior to submission.
