Dear Resident,
Before the submittal of a Permit Application, Meridian City Code requires a meeting between the
applicant and neighbors within 500 feet of the subject property.
We invite you to meet and review the Preliminary and Final Plat of Pavilion at Windsong (PAW) at 1680
W Ustick Road. This is not a public hearing, and public officials will not be present. If you have
questions regarding meeting requirements, please contact the Meridian City Planning and Zoning
Department, (208) 884-5533.
Purpose: Review proposed Preliminary and Final Plat Concept of Pavilion at Windsong
When: Monday, November 25th,2024, from 6-7 pm MDT

Project Description:
The project is reprocessing the approved Preliminary and Final Plat of Pavilion at Windsong (PAW)
Subdivision originally approved in 2022. No changes have been made to that approved Plat. The
plat consists of one (1) commercial lot, two (2) vertically integrated building lots containing 12
residential units, 33 single-family residential lots, and ten (10) common lots on 4.77 acres of land in
the C-C and R-40 zoning districts.
Please note: To track attendance and certify that a meeting was held, a sign-in sheet will be managed
by Biltmore Company at this meeting. As part of the meeting, the applicant will ask for each
attendant's contact information to be included on the sign-in sheet. The applicant will submit the sign-
in sheet with their application.
