Broadway Ave Meridian, ID 83642 RE: PAW Subdivision Narrative of the preliminary plat/Conditional Use for PAW Subdivision, & private streets applications Dear Planning and Zoning Commission and Mayor and Council, On behalf of Rama Group LLC please accept this request for re-approval of for the Pavilion At Windsong (PAW Subdivision). The proposed preliminary plat and CUP with private streets was previously approved (H-2021-0102). Approval of all of these applications is required for us to be in complies with the existing development agreement and the existing approved construction drawings for the site and it’s proposed uses. Site Information: The subject property is 4.6 acres and located on the northwest corner of Linder and Ustick Roads. The property is within Meridian City limits and is zoned (CC) Community Business with an existing development agreement. The proposed Pavilion At Windsong neighborhood includes 59 total lots including 45 single family townhomes, one commercial lot and 10 common lots with three lots reserved for private streets. History: The developer got confused as to the date they needed to have the plat signed by the City Engineer or request a time extension and accidentally allowed the preliminary plat to expire. The development agreement and construction plans are still active and are approved. Conclusion We are seeking re-approval of the preliminary plat, conditional use and private streets to allow us to allow us to move forward with the existing development agreement and plan approvals.
