The landowner has informed me that serial LLCs don't have their own Articles of Organization or operating agreements,they operate under the parent LLC's
articles.The official record that was attached to my previous email for MFRE Limited Liability Company,the landowner's parent company, shows Josh McLachlan
as a manager of the parent LLC. Let me know if this is acceptable.
