I can honor this reservation only as long as your project is in the approval process. Final approval can only take place when the final plat is recorded. Glen: We are working on a project in Meridian that will be separated by Ustick Road, and we would like to keep the names similar. We propose Dayspring Subdivision for the property located south of Ustick and Springday Subdivision (or Spring Day) for the parcel north of Ustick. The parcel numbers and owners are shown in the attached parcel list. Clint Hansen will be doing the surveying, and Toll Brothers or one of its subsidiaries will be purchasing the property.
