feet to a point marking the northeast corner of the SW% of the SE %4 of said Section 33;
Thence continuing along said northerly boundary S 89018'27" E a distance of 50.00 feet to a point

Pages 10459 through 10462, records of Ada County, Idaho;
Thence along the westerly boundary of said Birchstone Creek Subdivision S 0028'07" W a
