This is a staff level approval of a short plat for Bonito Condos #1. On March 18, 2005 the Ada County
Highway District reviewed and approved a preliminary plat (MPP-05-010) proposed to subdivide two
existing lots (Lots 4 & 5, Block 1, Bonito Subdivision No.1) into nine commercial lots and one other lot.
There were no site specific requirements due to the fact that all street improvements exist and all access
points have previously been approved with Bonito Subdivision.
The applicant will be required to pay all applicable platting and review fees prior to final approval.
