Dear Meridian Planning Commission:
Please deny the location for In and Out Burger at Ten Mile.
We are residents of Bainbridge, and the traffic and noise
created by the location of Costco in the midst of a residential
neighborhood is bad enough. We do not want more traffic,
more accidents, more noise and congestion to resound in
our once peaceful community.
We attended many city council meetings in an attempt to
discourage Costco from entering our residential surroundings.
It was a done deal long before we could even protest. The only
concession we received from our efforts was the rejection of the red stripe painted around the Costco
warehouse. No red stripe.
1
Please give this community a chance to live and enjoy our
homes without the added noise, congestion, and pollution
resulting from even more traffic in this once quite and peaceful
environment.
In and Out is a very good company. It needs a much better location that
will not alienate its customers. If they select ten mile for their location
they may have to change their name... Slow to Go.
Bainbridge neighbors,
Fred and Donna Smith
