Subject:Concerns Regarding Proposed Ten Mile In-And-Out Location

My wife, Anita Muller, and I, Kirk Muller, are registered voters and reside at 3909 W. Ladle Rapids St.,
Meridian. Our home address is located within the community of Bainbridge. We have major concerns
regarding the proposed development of an In-And-Out restaurant at the corner of Ten Mile and Lost
Rapids.
These concerns include:
1.Extended business hours until 2:00 am and the resultant noise, traffic, and lights.
2.Concerns that these extended business hours could provide a precedent for Costco and other
neighboring businesses to request similar hours.
3.Submitted customer flow information provided by I&O is inaccurate.
4. Inaccuracies in the traffic study submitted by I&O.
5. An unmanageable increase in traffic flow.
6. A negative inpact on property values.
7. Safety concerns for the residents living in Bainbridge.
My wife and I will be attending the planning meeting tonight.
