Thanks to all of you on P&Z for the work you do! It's got to be daunting in rapidly growing Meridian.
We live in Phase Two of the 55+ community Cadence at Bainbridge, just behind Costco (a $1.50
hotdog/drink is just steps away???????). The Costco complex existed already, so we knew what we'd be
facing (traffic, noise)...and I'm sure you'd agree it's plenty. To allow In-n-Out into a largely residential
area, already overrun with traffic and activity, would be extremely detrimental to we taxpayer
residents. Please don't do this to us.
We urge you to vote NO. In-n-out can set up shop further down 10-mile, such as down by Chic-fil-a,
where there is a round-about to help divert traffic and avoid clogged surface streets.
We appreciate your consideration.
