Subject:In N Out Ten Mile

We are against In and Out building on this location because of the safety issues that will arise
from the traffic congestion it will produce. The left turn lane from Ten Mile onto westbound
Lost Rapids is already at capacity. This will force traffic through our community. The noise and
lights from an In n Out open until 1:30 am would be grossly unfair for the people living at the
Olivia Apartments.
Thank you for your consideration.
There are so many better locations that would not affect a residential neighborhood.
