In accordance with the City of Meridian public hearing process listed in UDC 11-
5A-D, I personally posted or attest that the subject property was properly posted
at least ten (10) days prior to the scheduled public hearing for February 13. 2007
for the Arch Rock Terrace Subdivision annexation. rezone and preliminary plat. I
have submitted photograph(s) of the posting to the City, concurrent with this
affidavit. The sign(s) will be removed no later than three (3) days after the public
hearing.
