The Idaho Transportation Department(ITD) reviewed the referenced application(s) and has the following comments:
1. ITD previously requested a traffic impact study(TIS)for the Apex Farr Application in August 2024 (DR, MDA,
PP, RZ H-2024-0014)and has not received the TIS.
2. Because this application includes a portion of the Apex Farr Preplat and appears to be making the connection to
Quartz Creek, the Department will still need to review a TIS to assess what impacts will occur to the State
Highway System.
3. ITD reserves the right to make further comments upon review of the submitted documents.
