lie Eastwood Subdivision Update
The EasbNood Subdivision was heard before the Mayor and City Council on February 6,
2007. Prior to making a formal decision on the aforementioned development, Council
requested an updated preliminary plat reflecting the Planning & Zoning Commission's
recommended changes. They are as follows:
· The Applicant will be required to enter into a development agreement with the City
of Meridian.
. A maximum of 24 units can be constructed on this site.
· All homes on Lots 11,12, and 13, Block 1, are to be restricted to a single story and
be subject to, at minimum, a 20-foot rear setback.
· The west lot line of Lot 14, Block 1, shall be adjusted to align with the west lot line
of Lot 17, Block 1, East Slope Subdivision.
The evening of February 6, 2007, Council also requested the following changes of the
Applicant:
. Lot 10, Block 1, shall also be restricted to a single story.
This application was continued to February 13, 2007.
Attached is the updated 8 % x 11 copy of the preliminary plat with the requested changes.
The full size copies are en route to the City Clerk's offICe. The Mayor and Council should be
receiving them shortly. Also attached for the Mayor and Council is the updated Staff Report
for the Eastwood Subdivision.
