Hello!
My name is Andrea Gremmert. I live at 5696 Eynsford Ave, Meridian Id.
Please do not approve the request for In and Out at 10 Mile and Lost Rappids. There is too much traffic
there already we cannot handle more.
I attend the church directly across the discussed spot and leaving church is very difficult on weekends
and during the week activities. I have seen tension directly directed at church goers and harassments
made at LDS people. Idaho already struggles with tension towards LDS members in various situations.
This hight traffic, high stress situation raises tensions as it directly involves the community and members
of the LDS church directly across the street.
I have been made aware that the traffic study done did not include information regarding residential
areas. We have been repeatedly defending against more noise pollution with Costco delivery trucks. If In
and Out gains approval Costco will also appeal for longer night hours. All of these homes have people in
them, including kids that must go to school and families with parents that need to go to work. They need
to be able to sleep. We cannot agree to more noise through the night.
I realize that people really love In and Out and the community is glad they came to Idaho. This location,
however, is not an appropriate location for the above mentioned reasons along with others not listed
now.
Thank you for not approving this business for this location. Thanks for respecting our request to keep the
noise pollution down and the traffic at bay.
