To whom it may concern: The proposal for a new In N Out burger at the corner of Ten Mile and Lost Rapids drive is a very poor choice. The parking and traffic space in this location cannot handle the amount of vehicles on site so the overflow will spill out to Lost Rapids drive or Ten Mile or both. This is already a busy intersection due to the traffic going into Costco and other existing businesses. The left turn lane off of Ten Mile on to Lost Rapids drive will only hold a few vehicles which can already get full or overfull before the light lets vehicles complete the turn. The Costco and other businesses parking does not allow for any overflow parking for the In N Out restaurant as they fill up daily. We already have too much traffic in the area of the aforementioned intersection as we use this area for a route to get to our home on Lost Rapids dr. It will not help us any to use Ten Mile and Chinden to Tree Farm as there is a new business being built on the N side of the intersection which will increase the traffic there also. Please consider another location for the proposed project such as Linder and Chinden which has a lot of commercial businesses already. Roger Colbry 4222 W Lost Rapids Dr. 1
