I am in the process of closing on a home in the Bainbridge subdivision. I will close on April 21st. The
address is 5811 Colosseum Way. My daughter also lives in Bainbridge off Lost Rapids. The traffic by the
Costco is very busy all the time. Adding a popular fast food place on that corner will only increase the
noise and traffic. Many people walk to Heroes park and during soccer season, traffic is bad. This would
not be a good location to add an extremely popular restaurant and for safety reasons I am opposed to it.
