Adamantly opposed to allowing in and out to development due to already traffic
congestion with the Olivia apartments, numerous small shops adjacent to the parcel that use
the access off lost rapids not to mention all the traffic generated by Costco store and gas
station. Approval of in and out will create additional traffic congestion problems Please
do not approve this permit.
